AELLA's axle color is gentle on oil seals.

A collar where the wheel and bearing seal are constantly rubbing against each other.
Normally made of steel with emphasis on low cost and durability.
Since the size is quite tight against the seal, it creates resistance to rotation, and there are cases where the seal is damaged by frictional heat.

AELLA's color uses machined extra super duralumin (A7075 material) as the material. By finely controlling precision, we have lowered the resistance to the bare minimum without compromising sealing performance.
As a result, we created a color that plays the role of oil sealing, but is also gentle on seals.
The surface is coated with Kashima Coat (hard lubricating alumite) to reduce rolling resistance and improve durability.

What is Kashima coat?

１ Molybdenum disulfide (a solid lubricating substance), which is a lubricating substance, accumulates from the base in the countless regularly arranged pores of the alumite (anodized) film produced by next electrolysis. The force required for rotation is 0.882N→0.402N (Izure (measured at the rim) and less than half the weight.
