Clutch Release Cylinder Φ37 (SUZUKI HAYABUSA)
The clutch release has a larger piston diameter to reduce hydraulic operating force.
Not only does this lighten clutch operation, but it also broadens the half-clutch range, making operation less demanding.
By consolidating the air bleed banjo and oil line in one location, we have simplified the mechanism and improved the design.
The standard piston diameter has been increased from approximately 33.5Φ to approximately 37Φ.
In line with this, we have adopted a specially designed original piston seal.
In addition, the piston is treated with Kashima Coat*1, which ensures high durability and smooth operation.
Kashima Coat*1 is a special treatment that creates a hard, self-lubricating film on the aluminum surface.
It reduces frictional resistance and significantly improves durability and wear resistance.
