Description of item

Internal pressure control valve (Kawasaki Z900RS / cafe)

Torque feel, improved engine jerky feeling, and experience stress-free response.

During running, the inside of the crankcase is pressurized by the high-speed reciprocating motion of the piston. This excessive pressure becomes a large resistance to the piston movement and causes various harmful effects. The internal pressure control valve keeps the internal pressure of the crankcase at an appropriate level just by installing it, and has great advantages such as reduction of engine vibration, reduction of engine braking that is too strong, and easy entry into corners.

In addition, you can smoothly improve the jerky feeling at low rotation and experience the improvement of torque as if you tuned the engine.

■ Compatible model

Kawasaki
Z900RS / Z900RScafe

Cleaning Every time the engine oil is changed, cleaning is recommended.

When the oil mist from the crankcase passes through the internal pressure valve, the mist adheres, though it is very small.
Excessive adhesion will hinder the movement of the valve, and in the worst case, it may cause the valve to stick. Simply cleaning the inside of this product with a parts cleaner will restore it to its original state, so we recommend cleaning each oil change.

AELLA's commitment
Inside the internal pressure control valve Because the gas moves at high speed, its performance changes greatly with just a few things in the internal structure. The tip of the hose insertion port of AELLA's internal pressure control valve is cut with a name so that there is no step with the inner diameter of the hose when the hose is inserted. (The photo is for DUCATI / Triumph, but the specifications are the same)
